Overview

JBG SMITH has a state-of-the-art Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring events and activities throughout the National Capital Region for situational awareness and intelligence gathering for our property teams.  In addition, the SOC serves as an Emergency Operations Center, when necessary, and is the communications hub for our portfolio-wide security program. 

The SOC is a 24/7 operation and can be reached at (703) 413-0150 or (703) 413-0151. Security at the individual buildings is decentralized and tenants should contact their own individual buildings security team for assistance.

Security Services: 24-hour unarmed, uniformed guard force with trained personnel to provide preventive and protective services for this building. This includes managing the reception desk, patrolling inside and outside of the building and the service area.
