Rent Payment

Rent is due on or before the first of each month. It is the tenant's responsibility to forward the rental payment in compliance with its lease. Please reference your Tenant ID#, building number and lock box number on all payments.

Lock Box Address for Overnight Delivery

If you need to overnight your rent payment, please use the address below since it is not possible to send an overnight payment to a P. O. Box.  Please reference your lease number(s), building, and lock box number.
